Liability for contents
The contents of our site have been compiled with the utmost care. However we can accept no responsibility for their correctness, completeness or up-to-dateness. Section 7 clause 1 of the German Telemedia Law makes us, as service providers, responsible for ensuring that any contents of our own on these pages keep within the law in general. Under sections 8 to 10 of the Telemedia Law we as service providers are not however obliged to monitor any external information which is sent or stored, nor to inquire into circumstances which point to an unlawful activity. This is without prejudice to any obligation on our part under the general law of the land to remove, or block the use of, information. However any obligation in this regard is only possible from the time when we become aware of a specific infringement of the law. If we do become aware of any such infringement, such contents will be removed at once.
Liability for links
Our service includes links to external websites over whose contents we have no control. We cannot therefore accept any responsibility for these external contents. The person or persons responsible for the contents of the sites to which such links lead is in all case the provider or operator of the site in question. When we set up the link, we examine the contents of the external site for any legal infringement. We hereby declare that at the time the links were created, no such unlawful contents were apparent. Permanent monitoring of the contents of external links without concrete suspicion of legal infringement is not a reasonable expectation. Should we become aware of any such unlawful contents, the links in question will be removed immediately.
Copyright
The contents and works created on these pages by the site operators are subject to the Law of Copyright of the Federal Republic of Germany. Contributions by outside authors are designated as such. Duplication, revision or dissemination, or any commercial exploitation beyond the limits set out in the Copyright Law, requires the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies from this site are permitted only for private, non-commercial use. The operators of these pages are concerned to respect the copyright of others or else to have recourse either to their own works or to works in the public domain.
Data protection
Insofar as our sites request personal data (e.g. name, postal address, e-mail address), this is always on a voluntary basis. The use of the services is always possible, wherever practicable, without the requirement to provide personal data. We would point out that the security of data transmission in the internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) cannot be guaranteed. Total protection of such data against unauthorized access by third parties is consequently impossible. Consent for the use by third parties of the contact data published in this mandatory "Legal Statement" for the purposes of sending unsolicited advertising or information material is hereby expressly refused. The operators of these pages expressly reserve the right to seek legal redress in the case of receipt of unsolicited advertising material in the form, for example, of spam mail.
