Getting to the Museum
The museum is located in the centre of Cologne and has good transport links.
Bus, tram, metro stop Neumarkt (2 minutes on foot)

From Cologne/Bonn Airport take the S-Bahn (local train) in the direction of Cologne to Köln/Hauptbahnhof (Cologne main station). Change to the metro number 16 or 18 to Neumarkt.
Arriving by Car
Coming from the north drive via the A3 as far as exit 27 Kreuz (intersection) Köln-Ost in the direction of Köln-Zentrum/Köln-Deutz. Continue along the B55a as far as exit Pfälzischer Ring/L188 and turn right on to the Pfälzischer Ring. After roughly 1 kilometre turn right again into the Opladener Straβe and continue in the direction of the Deutzer Brücke. After crossing the Rhine continue straight on to Neumarkt. Drive around the square in order to be on the right side to drive into the underground car park on the Cäcilienstraβe.
Coming from the north via the A57 in the direction of Cologne. Continue on the K4 to exit Lindenthal/Müngersdorf to the Innere Kanalstraβe. After roughly 1.5 kilometres turn right into the Aachener Straβe and immediately do a U-turn. After roughly 2 kilometres you will reach the museum on the right-hand side where you will also find the entrance to the underground car park.
Coming from the south via the A61/A1 to exit 124 Frechen. Drive in the direction of Aachen/Olpe/Köln and bear right at the fork in the direction of Köln-Zentrum. Continue on the Dürener Straβe for roughly 6 kilometres, turn left into the Universitätsstraβe and then right into the Richard-Wagner-Straβe. After c. 2 kilometres you will reach the museum on the right hand side and the entrance to the underground car park.
Coming from the west via the A4, change to the A1 in the direction of Dortmund/Düsseldorf at exit 10 Kreuz (intersection) Köln-West. Turn off at exit 103 in the direction of the Aachener Straβe and turn right into the Aachener Straβe when the road forks following the signs Zentrum/Junkersdorf. After about 7 kilometres you will reach the museum on the right hand side where you will also find the entrance to the underground car park.
